Main testing items
Dimensional stability at elevated temperature, Endurance, Nickel release, Coating layer adhesion, Tensile resistance performance, Resistance to perspiration, Resistance to ignition, Appearance quality, Bridge deformation, Resistance to optical radiation, Size deviation, Lens retention, Marking, etc.
Sample requirements
Generally 1~8 pairs of spectacle frames, please refer to the guidance of customer service staff for details, please confirm with customer service before samples are sent for inspection.
Testing period
Routine: 5 working days, and it takes 9 working days to test nickel release. If urgent, please contact customer service.
