Fiber Content Testing Management System

Relaying on years of mature operating experience of fiber content detection in the GTTC Laboratories, adopting advanced technology of information management, computer network, peripheral interface, database and with reference to ISO/IEC 17025 standardized management ideas to build an open computer laboratory management system, this fiber content calculation and management system allows to effectively record and manage the experiment process of fiber composition. Through real-time interconnection of balance, with GTTC’s own computational analysis system, it automatically calculates fiber content in real time and generates electronic original record, which facilitates the data storage and the output to print. The application of this system greatly improves the automation degree of inspection work, ensures the traceability of data and improves the efficiency of inspection.
