Notice for filling in testing application form
a) The product name shall reflect the real attributes of the sample.
b) If the fiber content doesn't need to be comment, please indicate "No".
c) Please provide the washing method for color fastness and dimensional stability.
d) Please keep the letters and numbers of style No. in neat. Printing is recommended.
e) The “*”content is required.
f) If it is not specified by the application, the product of textiles and garments are usually judged according to the first grade and the bags or shoes are judged according to the qualified grade.
g) Authorized signature and application date are required.
h) Please fill in the customer information carefully,it's immutable after acceptance.
