We set up perfect channels of promotion, which reflects that we attach great importance to the cultivation of talents and echelon construction. Combined with abundant training, we firmly set up the lifelong learning concept, and construct the learning system to make the common progress of the employees and the organization. At the same time, we pay attention to employees' physical and mental health, and personal demands. In order to provide customers with secure and convenient one-stop solution of testing, certification, consultation, training, standards and development, we continue to improve our professional ability. We build technical exchange platform to provide professional training for customers. We carry out research projects of new test methods to provide technical support for customers’ product development. We improve the construction of information security to protect customers’ data privacy. In addition, we establish a platform that is for intelligent diagnosis and treatment of products and is to provide door-to-door technical quality services for customers. For the purpose of creating new values of service, we expand new channels of service, explore new formats of service, improve the level of informatization and automation, and optimize the whole experience of customers.


SERVICE INDUSTRY

We enhance industry exchanges, share technical resources, and dig into technical difficulties. What's more, we are actively involved in formulating and revising national standards, industry standards and group standards. We carry out all kinds of product comparison test, organize technical exchange of industry, and develop intelligent equipment of testing and technology, so that we can join hands with different partners for win-win cooperation and provide technical service for industry transformation and development.


SERVICE GOVERNMENT

We actively participate in the work of risk monitoring from government departments at different levels, including undertaking the projects of risk monitoring and research projects of product quality in different regions, providing suggestions for risk prevention and control of product quality, and providing technology and service of testing for government supervision. Besides, we continuously expand new paths of service, which is beneficial to deepen cooperation with the government.In 2021, GTTC completed spot check tasks by the State Administration for Market Regulation、18 provincial-level spot check tasks and Spot check tasks in 12 key cities.A total of 16,000+ batches of spot check tasks have been completed.

SERVICE SOCIETY

We have always remained true to our original aspiration, which is giving back to society and fulfilling our responsibilities conscientiously. During the outbreak of the COVID-19, we fight on the front line of testing of protective products, create a green channel of inspection, and set up "Epidemic Prevention and Control Commandos", so as to assist in the quality control and effective supply of protective products. In the meantime, we widely joint media channels to popularize the knowledge of quality and safety to the public through vivid forms such as Quality Open Course, Big Data of Life, and Quality Science Popularization. Furthermore, we are actively engaged in various social welfare undertakings, which highlights the mission of state-owned enterprises, and take advantage of innovative service models to contribute to social development.

We are committed to implementing the concept of sustainable development throughout the process of testing, by applying green equipment of detection, improving the efficiency of existing equipment, improving the mechanism for recycling and reusing waste, promoting information-based office, developing green technology of detection, carrying out green services of certification, providing carbon neutrality services and so on.  Therefore, we can promote green development and management of energy conservation and emissions reduction in a sustainable way.
